The Brass Tap - Palm Coast is seeking friendly service team members to greet guests, take orders, and serve chef-inspired dishes with passion for beer knowledge. You will contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and deliver an amazing experience.

Flexible scheduling includes part-time or full-time roles, with opportunities for growth and a fun team culture in a craft beer-centric venue in Palm Coast, Florida.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Wamiliar with POS systems and basic beverage service.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items.
• Present guest checks and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work evenings, weekend, and holiday shifts (we are closed on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
