The Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals passionate about empowering older adults to live life to the fullest. Our team includes creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all dedicated to positively impacting residents, their families, and team members.

We are seeking a Server to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
• Set tables according to ESL standards.
• Serve beverages to residents and guests as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, and linens from the dining area as needed.
• Follow Quality Enhancement standards and food safety practices.
• Assist in preparing and executing special events, banquets, and themed meals.
• Introduce new residents to menus, seating, and dining options when applicable.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining equipment.
• Communicate residents' preferences and dislikes to the Culinary Services Director for menu planning and satisfaction.
• Foster a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among staff.
• Participate in pre-meal stand-up meetings for dining and kitchen staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to resolve customer and employee concerns.
