Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to deliver a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will greet guests, present menus, guide selections, and ensure warm, attentive service in a community setting.

In this role you’ll use a modern POS system, coordinate with kitchen staff, and uphold high service standards while building relationships with residents. A valid Food Handler's Card is preferred or will be facilitated by Spectrum where required.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Schedule: Part-Time

As a Server in our community restaurant, YOU… help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with YOU!
