Job summary

Windsor at Celebration in Celebration, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. You will perform full-scope serving duties within the community and uphold our hospitality promises in every resident interaction.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving with etiquette, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Prior food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school or equivalent.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Windsor at Celebration is recruiting for a hospitality focused Server to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
• Experience in working with seniors preferred
