Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable server to provide exceptional dining service to our Members and Guests. The role involves presenting menus, answering questions, and guiding selections with a focus on wine and beverage pairing.

You will relay orders to the kitchen, serve courses, and perform side work while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor across multiple resort outlets. Availability on holidays and in various locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months related experience.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience serving meals and beverages in a resort or hospitality setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines and service.
• Relay orders accurately to kitchen and serve courses.
• Perform assigned side work and maintain station readiness.
• Greet Members/Guests professionally and use their name during service.
• Efficiently deliver and serve food and/or beverage orders.
• Restock station for the next meal and ensure proper cash/record handling.

SUMMARY:

This position primary responsibility is to serve meals to our Members/Guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of 3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, Beverages, Winesand service.
• Relays order accurately to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Perform assigned side work.
• Stock credenzasto SOP.
• Greet Member/Guest in a timely, friendly, professional manner. Use Member/Guest's name at least three times during service period.
• Efficiently delivers and serves food and/or beverage orders.
• Station restocked for next meal.
• Check out with supervisor.
• Knowledgeable of menu items, preparation and prices.
• Responsible for the financial accounting of each station according to established procedures.
• Proper use of Infogenesis system.
• Responds to and informs supervisor of any Member/Guest questions, complaints and suggestionsor maintenance issues.
• Attend Resort training classes as required.
• Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
• In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.
