Saratoga Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY is seeking a Morton’s Server to join our team. This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly, swift, and responsible service, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment alongside fellow Team Members and contribute to our promise of creating special experiences one guest at a time. The ideal candidate is at least 18, comfortable with POS systems, and able to lift 30 lbs

Competenze

• Taking orders and entering into the register system.
• Retrieving and delivering entrees, sides and sauces.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.

Your Role:

Our successful Morton’s Server promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

• At least 18 years of age
• Greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner at the table.
• Taking orders and entering in computer.
• Placing order in kitchen by writing and entering on register system.
• Retrieve and deliver entrees, sides and sauces.
• Periodically return to table to follow-up on service and foods.
• Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
• Warmly thanking guests and delivering check, after ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements.
• Relays all guest compliments and complaints to management.
• Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
