What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
• Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws, and BWW policies and guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
• Strong knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures and BWW policies.
• Conflict management, analytical, and high degree of emotional intelligence to resolve guest problems.
