Milk & Honey is a vibrant New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination and is seeking hosts to join our team as servers. You will create a warm, energetic dining atmosphere and contribute to an unforgettable guest experience.

As a server, you will welcome guests, explain the menu, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to deliver timely service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Provide menu recommendations and guide guests through their dining experience

• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25–35 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces.
• Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely.
• Strong balance and coordination while carrying food and beverages.
