Aramark is hiring a Seasonal Server at Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. You will serve guests, take orders, ensure a memorable dining experience, and uphold safety standards.

Position is seasonal with mid April to mid October 2025 dates; housing may be available for employees; flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork to support park guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server or food service role preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests according to orders and banquet menus.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and other offerings.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification.
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.

Mesa Verde National Park is the archaeological wonder of Colorado. Famous for the elaborate sandstone cliff dwellings built by the Ancestral Puebloans, the park protects over 5,000 sites & over 600 dwellings that date back more than 1,400 years ago. COMPENSATION:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $11.79 to $11.79, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
