Serving lunch, dinner, and a dynamic nightlife, the restaurant and bar is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including digital surround sound and high-definition plasma TVs, making it the perfect venue to watch sports and hang out with friends.

Server Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests; up-sell when taking orders.
• Show energy, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with co-workers and kitchen staff both verbally and via the point of sales system.
• Communicate with guests clearly, patiently, and with good humor.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu items to guide the guest experience and promote food and beverage sales.
• Check guests' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption; cease service when necessary and notify management of concerns.
• Complete all assigned side work accurately.
• Account for all sales and payments correctly.
• Alert management to service and safety issues; perform service recovery as needed.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff for food and beverage orders.

Server Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, preferably in a nightclub setting.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments is preferred.
• Must meet state legal age requirements.
• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.
• Courteous, pleasant, and good-natured personality.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as per local regulations.
• Good reading, writing, and basic math skills for order taking, paperwork, and handling cash/credit.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move about the facility efficiently during shifts.
• Handle food, objects, and utensils safely and effectively.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and lift as required.
