• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and beverage control policies.
• Help customers select food and beverages by offering drinks, suggesting menu items, and answering food preparation questions.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen using point-of-sale system, noting any special dietary needs or requests.
• Keep kitchen staff informed by keeping track of customers meal progression.
• Serve customers orders by picking up and delivering them from the bar and kitchen, including any required condiments.
• Check on customers and respond to additional customer requests throughout the dining process.
• Maintain a clean table setting by removing courses once completed, replenishing utensils, refilling beverages, or addressing other special needs.
