Job summary

LPQ USA LLC, operating Le Pain Quotidien, is hiring team members to deliver friendly, attentive service in a warm, guest‑centric setting. You will take orders, enter them into the Toast POS, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to learn across dining room and retail areas. Flexible scheduling supports a healthy work‑life balance while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross‑trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into POS, follow up with kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Prepare drinks for dining room as needed.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists.
• Keep restaurant clean and organized following cleaning checklists.
