Job description

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Support service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Available to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to interact with co‑workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Must read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• 2 to 3 years working in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete relevant training.
• Obtain required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and a good team player.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation
