What You’ll Be Doing

• Own your section — greet, guide, sell, and deliver with urgency and warmth
• Move fast and stay sharp: accurate orders, fast turns, no excuses
• Know the menu cold — pizza, pasta, craft cocktails, daily specials — and sell it confidently
• Read the room: anticipate needs before guests ask
• Fire orders through the POS and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar
• Reset and recharge — keep your section clean and guest‑ready at all times
• Be the energy in the room, even on your third double of the week

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant (Italian or trattoria experience a plus — not required)
• The kind of hustle that doesn’t need to be asked for
• Strong multitasker who stays cool when the board is full and the bar is backed up
