Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe in Tempe, AZ seeks a Server 2 to deliver friendly, attentive service across our café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room, and Health Care Center. Training will be provided and your primary venue will be assigned during screening based on interest and availability.

Requirements include being 18+, at least 6 months FOH dining and strong customer service, with barista or dietary services experience a plus.

We’re Hiring: Server 2

Server 2 team members provide friendly, attentive service in our café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center (as Diet Aides). You may also support other venues as needed.

Your primary venue will be identified during the initial phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

Pay: $17.70-$19.47/hour (based on experience) Note: We are a no-tipping facility

Schedule: (Health Care Center):3:00pm - 7:30pm Wednesday through Sunday plus holidays required

What You’ll Need:

• 18 years or older

• Customer service experience
• Barista experience is a plus!

• Food Handler’s Certification (within 30 days)
• Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 30 days of hire)
