Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe is hiring a Server 2 to provide friendly, attentive service in our café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center. The role may include other venues based on need and interest. Pay ranges from $17.70 to $19.47 per hour, based on experience, and this is a no-tipping facility.

Scheduling is set for Health Care Center: 6:00am-2:30pm, Thursday through Monday, plus holidays. Your main venue will be identified after the initial phone screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Minimum of 6 months FOH dining experience required
• Customer service experience
• Barista experience is a plus
• Experience in dietary services/nutrition is a plus
• Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days
• Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests with care and enthusiasm
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and welcoming
