Unidine, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Back of House Lead Supervisor for a full-time PM shift (1:00 pm – 9:30 pm). The role requires leadership experience to supervise hourly associates and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of leadership experience. The position offers a robust benefits package typical for a top hospitality company within Compass Group. Competitive hourly pay is provided.

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.

• Location: Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital - 235 Wealthy Street South East, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, days may vary; PM shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 2 years of leadership experience required.
• Pay Range: $23.00per hour to$25.00per hour

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
