Lathrop Community in Easthampton, MA seeks an experienced server/kitchen worker to join our dining team serving residents in a retirement community grounded in Quaker values. Job description

Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, is seeking an experienced server/kitchen worker to join our team who provide dining services to our residents. This is a part-time position and in addition to hourly compensation of $15.50, benefits for this position include enrollment in Lathrop’s 403(b) retirement plan and access to the Employee Assistance Program.

You will be a key part of an important department at Lathrop, forming relationships with staff, residents, and their family members. You’ll work in the culinary department on our Easthampton campus.
