Job summary

I.D. Delafield, part of Geronimo Hospitality Group, is seeking a friendly server to join a high-energy dining team. You will take orders, help seat guests, maintain clean service areas, and ensure guests leave with a memorable experience.

Candidates should have at least one year of server experience, basic math, and strong customer service skills; training on MICROS and Square POS is provided, and you’ll enjoy employee discounts, PTO, and development opportunities.

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, count change).
• Legible handwriting with strong customer service and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables for parties.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen areas.
• Receive payment and ensure accuracy of guest checks.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely, knowledgeable information.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive facility and to satisfy state and local health board requirements
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer service
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

• You have one year server experience
• MICROS and Square POS Systems

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
