Job summary

Cascade Manor, Eugene’s premier upscale retirement community, is seeking part-time Food Servers to join our dining team and deliver exceptional hospitality to residents. All we ask is energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow in a luxury dining environment.

A valid Food Handlers card is required; ServSafe certificate is a plus. Compensation ranges with experience, and we offer a morale-driven, friendly work environment and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers card required.
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.
• Experience in food serving is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with hospitality during dining experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized dining area.
• Assist with meal service and resident requests as needed.

Overview

Cascade Manor, Eugene’s premier upscale retirement community, is seeking part-time experienced Food Servers, experienced or not, to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us.

Compensation: $15.55 - $20.90 / hr DOE

We are not a nursing home or typical senior living center. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Eugene area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience.
