Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to join our Boise team in a fast-paced hotel, restaurant and club environment. You will take orders, seat guests, and ensure a memorable dining experience at multiple venues in our collection.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, basic math skills and a positive attitude. Flexible weekend availability is required; competitive tips and a supportive team culture are part of our perks.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take customers' food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive facility and to satisfy state and local health board requirements
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer service
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

• You have one year server experience
• MICROS and Square POS Systems

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
