Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

We are hiring full-time & part-time Servers for IL. Previous server experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Our schedules are flexible, and weekend shift differentials are available.

Servers are responsible for dishing and serving plates, setting and bussing tables, serving beverages, desserts, snacks, and other items. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing dining areas for meals.
• Assisting in meal preparation and serving, documenting intake, maintaining inventories.
• Responding to residents’ requests promptly.
• Following menus and diet cards, considering allergies and preferences.
• Busing tables, washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work and dining areas, including appliances.
• Handling chemicals, supplies, and cleaning equipment safely.
• Monitoring and recording food and appliance temperatures, reporting variations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
