Job Description:

The successful candidate will work 1st shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Education and Experience:

• Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with 1-5 years in the field.
• Experienced individuals without a degree or with unrelated degrees may also qualify.
• Knowledge of electronics technology is required.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic electronics knowledge and computer hardware skills.
• Ability to use online work instructions and tools to diagnose hardware issues.
• Experience replacing server components such as processors, DIMMs, PCA boards, cables, and heat sinks.
• Familiarity with software applications and navigating various systems.
• Ability to communicate system statuses verbally and in reports.
• Knowledge of installing software components.
