The Setai Hotels is seeking an experienced Server for Gianni’s Restaurant at the Villa Casa Casuarina in Miami Beach. You will provide attentive, personalized service and guide guests through menu selections in a luxury, fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have prior fine dining experience, strong guest service skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This professional role emphasizes presentation and hospitality excellence.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management.
• Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for luxury hospitality, professionalism, and presentation.

About the Position

Gianni’s Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking experienced and professional servers to join our team at one of Miami Beach’s most iconic luxury dining destinations. The Server will provide exceptional dining service, guide guests through the menu, and ensure a memorable and elevated dining experience in a refined and fast-paced environment.
