POSITION: Server Assistant – Gianni’s Restaurant (Miami Beach)

DEPARTMENT: Front of House / Kitchen Support

About the Position: Gianni’s Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking motivated and reliable Server Assistants to support our front of house team in delivering exceptional service. As a Server Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment while assisting servers to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover.
• Assist servers with water service, bread service, and guest needs as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when needed.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly and transport them to the dish area.
• Set tables according to restaurant standards with proper utensils, napkins, and glassware.
• Support servers and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
