Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Server position at Delta One Lounge, 17801 International Blvd., Seatac, WA 98158. Applications are accepted online only. Full‑time schedule with open availability preferred; weekends are required. Pay rate: $25.67 per hour.

Job Summary

Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverages in an efficient manner, following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks, accommodate reasonable requests, and note preferences; provide knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others; remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
• Promptly address complaints or issues; relay relevant information or complaints directly to a supervisor.
• Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines.
• Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Fine dining, hospitality, and customer‑service experience preferred.
• Open availability and willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compliance with background‑screening requirements, such as Florida Level 2 screening, as applicable.
