Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver hospitality comparable to a favorite restaurant. Schedule: full-time; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Your responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and ensuring smooth opening/closing dining room operations.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• If under 18, provide schoolwork authorization when applicable.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization(if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation
