Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Server in Elkhart, Indiana to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room setup and cleanup. You will handle orders, beverage service, and maintain a clean dining environment in line with resident needs.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and follow simple instructions, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and promptly.
• Assist residents with placing orders from the menu.
• Provide beverage service including water, iced tea, juices, milk and coffee/tea.
• Refill salt, pepper and sugar bowls as needed before and after meals.
• Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings and follow confidentiality policies.
