Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with menu orders, and help reset the dining room after meals.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, communicate effectively, and stand/walk for extended periods while assisting residents with mobility and memory-care needs. Training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be in clean designated uniform during working hours and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with tray service and dining room cleanup.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments as needed.
• Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor and maintain food storage and labeling standards.
• Assist residents with special needs and adhere to confidentiality policies.
