Job summary

The Country Club of Rochester in Rochester, NY seeks a full-time Server to deliver first-class dining experiences to members and guests under the supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager. You will greet guests by name when possible, take orders, present specials, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room while providing superb customer service.

Job Summary:

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Clubhouse Manager, the Server is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest experience while dining at the Club.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greeting members and guests by name when possible

Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while dining at the Club

Taking orders, presenting, and explaining specials, offering information, and making suggestions about the menu

Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service

Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary

Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager
