Job summary

Dua Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott in Miami is seeking a friendly Server to elevate guest dining experiences with attentive service and accurate order delivery.

You will learn the menu, assist guests with dietary needs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.

• Cleanliness Champion: Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards without missing a beat.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.
