Position Summary:As a Server at Quality Italian, you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for delivering a premium guest experience with professionalism, hospitality, and deep knowledge of our menu. This position requires a polished demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for food, wine, and impeccable service.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years serving in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Guide guests through the menu, share specials, answer questions, and accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate guests’ needs, offering recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized section and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members and support a positive work environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
