Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly dining server to join our assisted living community dining team in St. George, VT. You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and maintain a clean dining area in a timely, courteous manner.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in an assisted living setting. You must follow safety and sanitation guidelines and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Ability to greet residents warmly and serve meals promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents warmly and helps with orders.
• Sets tables before meals and serves meals and beverages promptly.
• Busses and resets tables after meals.
• Restocks condiments and cleans the dining area.
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
• Provides feedback on meals to the Director of Food Service.

The server provides exceptional dining service to residents in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she performs a variety of duties related to meal service, including greeting residents, taking orders, stocking, cleaning, and catering.
