Job summary

Pearland Grove is seeking a friendly, reliable dining server to provide exceptional service to residents in a timely and courteous manner. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals and beverages with accuracy and warmth.

Our role requires you to assist with busing, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area while following sanitation rules. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and experience in an assisted living community is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents warmly and assists with ordering.
• Sets tables before meals and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Busses and resets tables and restocks condiments after meals.
• Keeps dining area clean and adheres to safety and sanitation rules.

The server provides exceptional dining service to residents in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she performs a variety of duties related to meal service, including greeting residents, taking orders, stocking, cleaning, and catering.
