Job summary

Rand Tower Hotel in Minneapolis, a Tribute Portfolio property, is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Server to join our team. You will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, describing the menu, taking accurate orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant pre-shift for service.

• Assist guests with concerns to reach satisfactory resolutions.
• Finalize experiences with timely, accurate bill presentations.

Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.
