Discovery Village Dominion Assisted Living is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, attentive dining service for our senior residents and guests in San Antonio. This role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and teamwork within a supportive environment.

As a Server, you will handle meal orders, maintain a clean dining area, and help with daily operations at 6909 Heuermann Rd, San Antonio 78256. This is a full-time position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous dining or hospitality experience preferred.
• Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Demonstrates good judgment, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25–50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and food items to assist residents with selections.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists.
• Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
