ACGBBQ, LLC., the licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is hiring Front of House Team Members to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will be part of a team that values hard work and supports growth within the ACGBBQ family.

Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, processing transactions, seating guests, restocking, and coordinating with kitchen staff. We emphasize team collaboration and a friendly atmosphere, with opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Flexible schedule and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
