Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related)
• 3+ years in server/rack systems, data centers, or failure analysis labs
• Strong troubleshooting and solution-finding capabilities; circuit-board background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Investigate hardware, software, and network failures to identify root causes
• Run tests to reproduce failures and validate fixes
• Prepare failure analysis reports and track action items
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, engineering, and support to implement improvements
• Perform hardware repairs and system reconfigurations to restore service
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers; travel required
• Mentor and develop junior staff
