Job summary

Famous Toastery in Cary, NC is hiring servers to deliver outstanding table service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll greet guests, take orders, deliver meals and check back to ensure satisfaction while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

Candidates must be at least 18; prior serving experience is preferred and you will complete the restaurant’s training course. Benefits include free meals, health and dental insurance, employee discounts, free uniforms, and flexible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete the restaurant’s training course.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure the table is clean and set with utensils.
• Distribute menus and present daily specials.
• Answer questions about the menu.
• Take orders and deliver to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables.
• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and to satisfaction; return incorrect orders to the kitchen.
• Collect plates and clear tables; prepare checks.
• Assist with dining area cleaning and condiment preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
