Job summary

Bardenay is hiring a Server to interact with guests and ensure a great dining experience. The role requires 3 years of full-service restaurant serving experience, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be 21+, English fluency, and basic English writing.

Qualifications

• 3 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and level tables and ensure side stations are stocked.
• Stay updated on current menu choices and specials.
• Present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, and communicate customer needs to cooks.
• Maintain dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, and refill glasses.
• Obtain revenues, issue receipts, accept payments, and return change.
• Greet guests warmly and adhere to grooming standards.
• Understand distillery products and processes.
