Job Overview

The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) provides dining and table services to residents, ensuring standards are met. Responsibilities include serving food, assisting in training, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting special events, all in accordance with Sunrise standards and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Duties

Support daily dining operations, train new care managers, maintain menu knowledge, assist residents with menu selections, serve meals, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.

Dining Room & Resident Services

Perform checklists, maintain cleanliness, document resident information, and handle food safely.

Safety & Sanitation

Practice safe food handling, complete cleaning assignments, and maintain a safe work environment.

Team & Community Engagement

Participate in team activities, meetings, and training, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Core Competencies

Effective communication, organizational skills, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience & Qualifications
