Laketown Village Residential Care and Memory Care in Kenner, LA is seeking a Server to provide compassionate dining service to residents. You will prepare food items and serve meals within scheduled times, help maintain a clean dining room, and support team members in delivering quality care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in hospitality or senior living, strong English communication, good judgment, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality, full-service, or senior living experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving in daily tasks.

Highlights of the Sever Position:

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
