Wage: $15.79 - $18.56+/hour BOE

Mount Carmel Bluffs is seeking part time Servers (6:30A - 2:30P or 3:30 - 7P) to join our team.

This community offers the following care options: Residential Care Facility (RCF), Residential Care Facility (RCF) with Memory Care, Long Term Care/ Care Center.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
