Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods.
• Outgoing, social personality with excellent communication.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests with personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
