Job summary

Culinary Associates in Senior Living is seeking a Server / Waitstaff to deliver warm, attentive service for residents. You will work closely with the Culinary Director to ensure meals move smoothly from kitchen to table while maintaining a clean dining environment.

Experience in customer service or food service is preferred; training is provided. The role requires weekend and holiday shifts, with opportunities for growth and development within our culinary family.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Willing to be trained for the role.
• Criminal Background Screening is required.
• Must include some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check that dishes look perfect before serving to residents.
• Speak with residents about the daily menu and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and safe; follow food safety rules.
• Relay special requests clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Reset the Dining Room after each service and maintain a welcoming presentation.
