Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00

Exempt: Commission potential $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold, $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi-weekly).

Non-Exempt: Commission potential $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold, $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi-weekly).

Essential Job Functions & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers. Work environment includes flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
