Job Summary

TravelCenters of America provides a convenient, one-stop shopping experience. Each location offers various dining options to meet our guests’ needs. The Server plays a key role in delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to ensure travelers leave better than they arrived.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on excellent customer service
• Welcome and serve guests courteously, promptly, and with enthusiasm
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and promote specials
• Process transactions accurately on the POS system
• Prioritize tasks based on kitchen and guest needs
• Maintain equipment according to standards
• Follow safety procedures when handling food
• Build communication and rapport with team members and leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$9.98 per hour. Actual pay depends on responsibilities, experience, and skills.
