Job summary

Hattie B's Hot Chicken in Chicago seeks friendly FOH cashiers/servers to welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will help run food, maintain dine-in areas, and perform side-work to prep for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-pacedFOH roles preferred.
• Friendly and energetic demeanor with guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments.
• Run food to tables and assist with guest needs during service.
• Maintain dining room and patio cleanliness and reset for next shift.
• Complete side work and restock supplies before leaving.
