The Role: Reporting to the F&B General Manager, the Server will exceed guest expectations by taking orders and serving food and beverages in the dining establishment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Adhere to all standards, policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and recommend menu items and wines.
• Check IDs for alcohol service.
• Describe menu items and ingredients.
• Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes.
• Inform customers of specials.
• Take and transmit orders, memorize or enter into systems.
• Attend to guests' special needs.
• Garnish dishes, assist with food running.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle delays or issues.
• Suggest desserts and coffees.
• Prepare checks and process payments.
• Clear and clean tables, set up for new guests.
• Perform food prep duties and stock service areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and safety awareness.
• Attend relevant meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of hospitality or service industry experience.
• Proficiency in primary language(s).
• Ability to write reports, communicate effectively, and understand computer systems like POS.
• Math skills including basic calculations.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
