Black Sheep Restaurants, HK is inviting suitable applicants to join our pre-opening team in Singapore!

ROLE:

Step into the role of a Restaurant Server at Black Sheep, where you contribute to crafting memorable dining experiences for each of our guests. In our world, every dish tells a story, and you play a crucial role in bringing those stories to life. Be part of our team and experience a welcoming atmosphere where excellence, warmth, and exceptional service come together for an incredible dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Create positive and memorable guest experiences by delivering a high level of service.

● Engage guests to understand their needs, exceed expectations and create Champions.

● Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurant story, menus and drinks lists.

● Take full responsibility for section management and table maintenance.

● Seek opportunities to upsell to guests and drive sales by providing knowledgeable and attentive service.

● Ensure all stations/ operational areas are clean, orderly and replenished.

● Ensure all napkins are prepared and glassware, cutlery/ crockery are polished and ready for service.

● Champion cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant, following sanitisation protocols.

● Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.

● Engage with daily team briefings, arriving dressed, motivated and ready for the shift ahead.

● Take a keen interest in food, wine, the hospitality industry and events across the Black Sheep community.

● Nurture a positive working environment, building strong relationships with teammates.
